Volkwein's Music is a full-service, family-owned music store located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With a full-time staff of more than 30 sales and highly trained repair technicians -- all of whom are also musicians -- Volkwein's Music has met the sheet music, instrument and accessories sales, rental and repair needs of the professional and amateur music community since 1888. Volkwein's Music is an authorized dealer and service center for most major brand musical instruments, including Bach, Besson, Buffet, Conn, Fox, Glaesel, King, Leblanc, Ludwig, Pearl, Roth, Selmer, Snow, and Yamaha.
Driving Directions:
From Downtown Pittsburgh or I79
- Take the I376 Parkway West towards The Greater Pittsburgh International Airport.
- Exit at the Montour Run Road Exit. This exit is approximately 12 miles from downtown Pittsburgh.
- On the exit ramp, stay right as you pass under the parkway.
- At the first stoplight, turn left (from the right lane), then proceed through the second stoplight and bear slight right up the hill into RIDC Park West.
- At the top of the hill, turn right at the stop sign onto Industry Drive and look for the Volkwein's Music sign on your right.
From Route 60
- Follow Rt 60 south past the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport.
- Take the McClaren Road Exit.
- At the light cross over McClaren Road onto Industry Drive.
- Follow Industry Drive 1.6 miles.
- Volkwein's Music will be on your left. (at this time the building is not marked from this direction. We are past Forester and before Prominent).
